Digital patterns and printed books have different delivery routes. Please check the listing before placing an order.
Digital PDF patterns
No parcel is shipped for a digital pattern. After your eligible digital order is completed, access your purchased PDF files through the download links in your order email or the Downloads section of your account. If your order is pending or payment has failed, download access may not yet be available. Contact us with your order number if you need help.
Custom pet portraits
A custom chart is created after the photo and requirements have been agreed. It is not an instant download. The delivery time and method will be confirmed before the order is accepted. If the scope changes, we will agree any change to the schedule with you.
Printed pattern books on Amazon
Printed books are purchased through their Amazon listings. Available countries, delivery dates, shipping costs and tracking are displayed by Amazon for your address and chosen edition. This website does not pack or ship Amazon orders, and we do not promise separate international shipping times.
Need help accessing a file?
For a completed digital order, check the order email and your account. If the file is missing or will not open, Contáctenos with the order number. For an Amazon delivery issue, use the order details in your Amazon account.
