Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to receive the correct pattern and enjoy stitching it. The process depends on whether you order a digital pattern here or a printed book through Amazon.

Digital PDF patterns

Digital files cannot be physically returned. We do not offer change-of-mind returns after a digital download has been supplied, except where applicable consumer law gives you a right to cancel or another remedy. Where required, starting delivery before a cancellation period ends requires your express consent and acknowledgement.

Missing, incorrect or faulty files

If a paid pattern is missing, cannot be opened, is the wrong design or does not match the listing, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. We will investigate and help you access the correct file. Where the issue cannot be resolved, an appropriate replacement, price reduction or refund may apply. This policy does not remove your statutory rights.

Custom pet patterns

Before a custom order is accepted, the photo, design scope, delivery schedule and any included revisions must be agreed. Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change your request. The stage of work and applicable law determine the options; there is no blanket exclusion for an undelivered or faulty service.

Printed books purchased on Amazon

Printed books are purchased through Amazon, rather than shipped by this website. We do not accept Amazon book returns or issue Amazon order refunds here. Delivery problems, damaged books and return requests must be handled through the order details in your Amazon account, under the policies that apply to that marketplace and seller.
