These terms explain how to use XStitchPattern and what to expect from our digital patterns, custom design enquiries and links to printed books.

Using this website

You may browse our collection and guides for personal use. Please provide accurate information when contacting us or placing an order, and keep your account login private. Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorised access or upload material you do not have permission to share.

Product information and availability

Digital listings describe pattern files, not finished embroidery, supplies or kits, unless expressly stated otherwise. Check the included formats, size, thread information and price before ordering. A newsletter signup is not a purchase and does not reserve a paid product.

Pattern licence

Unless a listing expressly provides a different licence, purchasing a pattern permits you to use it for your own personal stitching. The chart, instructions and other digital files remain protected content. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, share or reproduce the files for others. Contact us before any commercial use, teaching use or use outside the licence stated on the listing.

Custom pet designs

You must have permission to use the photograph you submit. We will agree the scope, price, delivery schedule and any included revisions before accepting a custom order. A custom chart is made to order and is not an instant download. Changes to an agreed request may affect its price or timing and must be agreed first.

Payment and digital delivery

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Download access applies to digital patterns on completed eligible orders; pending or failed orders may not have downloads. We will not ask you to send card details or passwords through our contact form. See delivery information for digital files and custom orders.

Refunds and file problems

Digital files cannot be physically returned. Cancellation, file errors and any available remedy are described in our refund and returns policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law gives you.

Printed books and Amazon

Printed books are purchased through their Amazon listings. The seller, checkout, shipping, taxes and order policies shown there apply to that purchase. This website cannot accept book returns or issue refunds for an Amazon order. Use the order details in your Amazon account for those requests.

Guides and tools

Our articles provide general craft guidance. Follow the instructions for your specific pattern, fabric and thread. Any tool made available on this website will state its purpose and limitations.

Personal information is handled as described in our politique de confidentialité. Questions about these terms, a listing or an order can be sent through our contact page.

Updates

We may update these terms as the collection and services develop. The date above identifies this version. Any change does not remove rights that apply to an existing order.
